Classes

About Our Classes

We offer classes for two age groups 8yrs - 12yr and 13yrs - 18yrs for beginner piano, guitar, drums and a teen only class for music production. All of our lessons are done in a group setting with a class size of no more than 6 students. Learning a new instrument can be intimidating and we’ve found that learning together promotes confidence, collaboration, and a comfort for our students. These classes are a good fit for new or newly intermediate skill levels.

Our upcoming school year runs from September 2025 to April 2026 and each class will meet weekly on Thursdays for 30min sessions. You can secure your student’s spot in the class during our registration period for $25 and this year’s tuition will cost $50 per month during the months of classes.

Piano

Our piano class is a perfect introduction to music as we balance traditional concepts like sight reading and theory with a more modern approach so they can learn to play along to their favorite music.

Drums

Drum students will begin to build a foundation of dexterity and rhythm as they learn the rudiments of the snare and full kit. They’ll have fun each week as we analyze and play along to the music they love.

Guitar

Our guitar class will give students a core understanding of chords and rhythm. They will be learning the most commonly used shapes and strum patterns in their favorite songs.

Production

Our production class is our most unique offering as we will teach the students everything they need to know to begin producing their own music. They’ll learn the tech, terms, and process to craft songs make beats and more.

Common Questions

  • Currently we’re offering 4 types of classes: Drums, Guitar, Piano, and Production. We do group style lessons with a class size no bigger than 6 students in two different age groups (8yr-12yr and 13-18yr).

  • For now we want to keep our class pricing simple. You can secure one of the limited spots with a registration fee of $25, and tuition is $50/month during the months that classes meet.

  • We prefer the benefits of a group setting for learning which promote social interaction, collaboration, and positive reinforcement. Simply, music is better when we’re together.

Private lessons tend to be better suited for students who have a particular skill and dedication to their craft. Consideration will be on a case by-case basis.

  • Since we are in the early stages of establishing our school, we’ve made our classes suitable for beginner to intermediate students.

As the students progress, we have plans to add to the program in the coming years.

  • Yes, every student is expected to provide their own instrument with the exception of the music production class. We have worked hard to find options that are affordable for our student’s families. Those recommendations can be found on our class buying guide.
